If u ask me , you will never regret baking those exotic chocolate cupcakes with peppermint buttercream frosting. They are moist , chocolatey and the peppermint frosting takes the taste to a whole different level ! This cake batter makes about 13-14 cupcakes and I added some green food colouring to the buttercream frosting to add extra fun . You can absolutely bake them with your kids or friends, they are so much fun to do!
