I stuffed the tortilla wraps with shrimps marinated from the night before with lemon ,garlic salt and pepper to the taste,as well as arugula and Hummus spread.
The arugula is known for its detoxifying cancer fighting properties because of its fiber and antioxidant content, It also promotes bone health, helps reduce chronic inflammation and protects the aging of the brain.
1) 400 grams frozen peeled shrimps.
2) Tortilla wraps.
3) Fresh arugula.
4) Hummus spread.
5) 4 garlic cloves.
6) 2 lemons juiced.
7) 2 tablespoons olive oil
8) salt and pepper
1) I marinated the shrimps the night before with the minced garlic cloves , olive oil , lemon juice and salt & pepper.
2) Cook the shrimps on medium heat until its well done.
3) In the tortilla wraps put the hummus spread, argula, and then shrimps .
