1) 6 carrots, 3 onions, 4 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, small piece of ginger.
2) 400 grams of washed red lentils.
3)5-6 cups chicken stock.
4) 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp pepper.
1) Add the all the ingredients together and leave it finish cooking for about 1 hour.
