Fresh salads like this are very good in days when I want to suppress my appetite or have a good nutritive snack on the go or between meals.
I just prepare it for 2 or 3 days and add the dressing before eating.
1) 2 sliced tomatoes.
2)1/2 sliced English cucumber.
4) Black and green olives.
5) Sliced green and red bell pepper.
1) 4 table spoons olive oil.
2) 1 teaspoon dry basil.
3) 1 lemon juiced .
4) 2 tablespoons white vinegar.
5) salt and pepper to the taste.
Mix all the ingredients together and add the dressing just before serving it.
