I added arugula (which is rich in variable antioxidants that fight cancer and boosts immune system) and potatoes (which are rich in vitamin C ,vitamin B , folates, minerals, potassium , magnesium and iron )
1)150 grams feta cheese cut into cubes .
2) 50 grams arugula.
3) 2 potatoes .
4) 2 large tomatoes.
5) 50 grams lettuce
For the dressing:
1) 3 tablespoons olive oil.
2) 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
3) Salt and pepper to the taste
4) 1 teaspoon dry mint
1) Boil the potatoes till they become soft and tender.
2) Slice the tomatoes and lettuce and cut the potatoes into cubes .
3) Put all the ingredients together .
4) Prepare the dressing and add before serving.
